General Information

Each cottage has a warm, cosy atmosphere, which reflects the considerable thought that has gone in to giving the properties their individual charm and character. Fitted carpets, tasteful decoration, colourful fabrics and quality furnishings give each cottage a warm homely feel. All have full central heating, Digital TV (Freeview) CD/ DVD player and Wifi, also electric log effect fires for ease of use (except Garth which has a wood burning stove). Cots and High Chairs are available free of charge.

But, of course, the other essentials of a comfortable stay have not been forgotten. Each kitchen is very well appointed with a cooker, microwave, and fridge. Garth also has a dishwasher. We've also provided a comprehensive range of other equipment to help make cooking and eating more enjoyable. Click here for a 360° view of one of the bedrooms.

Other facilities include: a small laundry room with automatic washing machine and tumble drier, lockable store for cycles, car parking and payphone.

Please note: The cottages are non-smoking and we are unable to accept animals.

The gardens are well maintained and lead to a small paddock adjacent to the cottages which provides space for play or adventure within the grounds. The Village Playground (100yds) offers swings, junior assault course as well as hard and grassed areas for ball games. The Highland Drove (100yds) has a good selection of ales and is an excellent retreat to enjoy a local atmosphere or a game of pool, darts or dominoes.
