How to find us
From M6 (junct. 40) take the A66 eastbound towards Appleby and Scotch Corner. At the first roundabout (1 mile) take the second exit (A686 Langwathby & Alston). After 3.6 miles turn left (B6412 Lazonby and Great Salkeld).
A further 2.4 miles brings you to the centre of Great Salkeld. Take the right turn opposite the telephone and post boxes.
At the first minor crossroad (150 yards) turn right again into the lane which leads directly to Wetheral Cottages. Average time from M6 (junct. 40) is 10 minutes.
